While there are various definitions to the word Duende, the one that resonates with us is "they mysterious power of art to deeply move you"

In order to maintain a high level of exclusivity for our collections, each image may only be printed a total of 30 runs (15 small, 10 medium and 5 large); after each print has reached it's capacity it will not be available again.

As each Limited Edition piece from Duende is print-to-order (not back stocked or pre-printed), we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Should you have any questions about which piece(s) to choose or if you would like any help with curating your Duende collection, we will be happy to guide you through the selection process prior to purchase.

Yes! We honour the work of interior designers, decorators and architects and offer a 10% trade discount for such projects.  Please email hello@duendecuration.com to set up your trade account; please include your business name, registration and website and/or instagram details in the email. 

For each available size listed, we add a 0.5" border on asides which adds a total of 1" to each measurement; for example, a 24" x 36" print will have a finished printed size of 25" x 37" - if you prefer to have your print borderless, don't hesitate to reach out to us at the time of your order and we will be happy to accomodate.

No, all of our pieces are shipped unframed, and arrive to our clients in a high quality shipping tube. As designers, we know that each space and project has a different design vision, and we want our customers to have full creative freedom to the many ready-made and custom framing options out there. If you are located in the Vancouver, Canada area, we are happy to recommend a few of our favourite custom framers, should you request.

Each Limited Edition Print with Duende is printed at the time of order; please allow 5 to 7 business days for printing, after which time your order will be immediately shipped.

As soon as your order has shipped, we send out an email with shipping confirmation, as well as tracking details so that you can follow the progress of your order.

Yes we do; international shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout for your review prior to completing your order.

If the shipping tube arrives damaged please photo-document the condition it was received in and send the photos to hello@duendecuration.com. We are happy to replace any prints that arrive damaged from a shipping mishap;  however will evaluate the next steps on a case by case scenario.
